A soothing tea for immunity and detox
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder or grated turmeric root
- Β½ teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
- ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (for taste)
- Honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Add turmeric and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain into a cup, add black pepper, lemon juice, and honey.
