A natural skincare remedy
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (for moisturizing)
- 1 teaspoon honey (for hydration)
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients to form a smooth paste.
- Apply to the face and leave for 15 minutes.
- Rinse with lukewarm water.

- Excess turmeric consumption may cause stomach upset in some people.

- Turmeric pickle recipe:
- Ingredients:
- 100 gms yellow Raw Turmeric rhizomes (oli Halad)
- 100 gms Ambe Halad (Curcuma Amada) rhizomes
- 150 gms of Ginger rhizoms
- Lemon
- Clean all rhizomes (both types of turmeric & ginger) carefully and peel them. Grate all turmeric & ginger.
- Mix all of above well, squeeze a lemon and put some salt and mix everything properly. Keep the mixture for a day so that all juices marinate and the next day your healthy pickle is ready.
