Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder or grated turmeric root
  • Β½ teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
  • ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (for taste)
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
